Sarah Ross came to Gilman in 2017 from Kent School in Kent, Connecticut, where she served as Assistant Head of School for Enrollment since 2014. Prior to that role, she was the Director of College Counseling at Kent for eight years. Beginning as a French teacher and holding various positions related to counseling, admissions, community relations, and multicultural affairs, Ms. Ross worked in a variety of settings before Kent, including the Harvard Institute for International Development, Stanford University, and Trinity School in Menlo Park, California.
