Annelise Royles
Annelise Royles teaches as part of the Bridges at Gilman program in the Upper School. In her role, she advises high school students across Baltimore City and Baltimore County, runs Bridges' weekend programming, and acts as the co-faculty advisor for Gilman's Gender and Sexualities Alliance (GSA). She joined Gilman in 2020 as the Bridges at Gilman Public Service Fellow, which allowed her to run the Bridges After-School Program (and, in so doing, mentor the Tri-School volunteers) and teach English in the Upper School.
Prior to joining Gilman, Ms. Royles began her teaching career with City Year Cleveland, where she served at East Technical High School.
