What is your favorite place to travel?
I love San Diego! I spend my vacations and summer in Encinitas and slowly am becoming a junior Padres fan. Though, I will always love the Ravens and Orioles.
Why did you choose to become a teacher?
My father taught at Gilman for 39 years and my mother was an elementary school teacher as well. My sister is an athletic director in Hartford, Connecticut. So, it seems to be a "family thing."
A meaningful quote:
“Who am I, who am I, where am I going, and who is going with me?" and “The things that define us are done when no one is looking.” Along with the Gilman Five, these are the guiding principles of 5C.
