Lauren Rauseo joined our Marketing & Communications team as the communications manager in 2021. She is also the owner of and designer at LBK Designs and supported Gilman in this capacity as a freelance contractor for four years before joining the team full-time. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication with a business/marketing certificate from Towson University and a Master of Arts in publication design from the University of Baltimore.
