Colin Regan participated in archeological digs at the Roman sites of Aeclanum in 2019 and Cosa in 2022. At Oberlin, he played lacrosse for four years and made the NCAC academic honor roll in 2021 and 2022. He was also a member of the school's Student Athlete Advisor Council for four years and served as the organization's community service chair in his senior year. During the summer of 2021 he was an assistant coach with Burning River Lacrosse in Ohio. He has also coached hockey with the CT Chiefs youth program.

What is your favorite spot on Gilman's campus?
My favorite spot on the Gilman campus is the Harris terrace.

What inspired you to become a teacher?
I was inspired to become a teacher because of the influence that my own high school teachers had on me and helping me to develop as a person. I hope to be able to have the same impact on the students at Gilman.
