What was your best teaching moment?
My best teaching moment was when many of my students came to see me and talk in Spanish just for fun, no class related. 

What is your favorite spot on Gilman's campus?
My favorite spot at Gilman is the Lumen Center Reading area. It's quiet and I have the chance to talk to students in the afternoon blocks.

Why do you enjoy teaching at Gilman?
I switched from a college professor to a school teacher because I saw how much students enjoy speaking my language and learning about the Hispanic culture. I enjoy the informal connection with Upper School students.
