Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! On this page, you can find necessary and helpful information for families new -- and returning -- to the Gilman community. Information will be added and updated throughout the school year, so check back often! All Gilman students must complete the following:
Update your family information by May 15, 2018. Learn more.
Complete your son's Health Form To-Do List in Magnus Health by May 15, 2018. These forms must be completed by May 15 regardless of when your son's Annual Physical Exam form is due.
Please note: Your son's updated Annual Physical Exam form is due within one year and a month of the previous year’s exam. The extra month is to allow for insurance requirements. You will receive an email from Edie Meacham, R.N., when your son's physical is coming due. You may also check in Magnus for the exact date. Download the Annual Physical Exam Form [revised 5/2017]).
For Parents of New Students:
Arrange your FACTS agreement, if you elected on your enrollment contract to pay your tuition through FACTS.
If you have a son currently attending Gilman, your new student will be added to your existing agreement. You will receive a FACTS confirmation email in May.
Lower School Documents
Required, Grade 5 Only - Echo Hill
- Print, complete, and sign the Echo Residential Health and Registration and Medical Information forms. Email or send via U.S. Mail to Tammy Testerman no later than July 1, 2018.
Optional-After School Program
- Register for the After School Program (ASP), if needed, by July 1, 2018. Please visit the After School Program for more information. Online ASP registration for the 2018-19 school year has closed. Please contact Cheri McElroy to sign up for ASP.
Optional-Sibling Study Hall
- Register for Sibling Study Hall, if needed (due by the first day of school).
