The Gilman Film Festival will occur on the same evening as Gilman "Spring into the Arts" event. This fun-filled event will kick-off at 5:30 p.m. with a party on the Harris Terrace (along side the Gilman football field), filled with concessions, games and fun for all guests for all ages. Guests can tour the ArtWalk and enjoy a collection of mixed media art from Gilman's K-12 students. 

Prizes are announced to the winners of each category along with a "Best in Show" prize at the completion of viewing the films.

There will be a ten minute intermission during the event.

Entrance fee to the film festival are as follows:
Adults $3
Student $2
Filmmakers - free, plus a free event poster

FILMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY
MARCH 31ST, 2019 by 11:30 PM.

All videos must be submitted in the form of a link to (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)

Video quality must be 720p or higher
and under TEN minutes in length.

The films will be judged by a selection of Gilman students, faculty, and staff to determine the winners in each category.

Only Maryland K-12 public and
private school students are eligible to submit films.
