One of our practices is to call all preschools at the end of the year. We will be calling your son's preschool in lieu of a transcript request form as most preschools do not have an official transcript to send.
Fifth Grade Exploratory Band Program
Please discuss the instrument options with your son to determine which instrument he would like to learn to play, then complete this Instrument Selection Sheet. Please return it to Mr. Peter Lander by Friday, May 17, 2024. (Note: we ask you to indicate your son's first and second instrument choice.) The final list of assigned instruments will be shared by May 24.
You may rent an instrument from the store of your choice; however, Gilman has an agreement with Menchey Music Service of Timonium to deliver to Gilman. The Menchey Music rental fees are listed on their website here. Please contact Menchey directly to arrange your rental or complete the online form. Place your order as soon as possible to ensure the 2024-2025 rates. After August 2024, the rates increase.
Optional Insurance
Parents' Voluntary Accident Extension
Families may choose to purchase a Parents' Voluntary Accident Extension from the School's insurance provider, which supplements the School-provided Student Accident Insurance.
