Each seventh grade language arts class enacted a mock trial of Mary Surratt, a conspirator in the assassination of President Lincoln. The boys took on various roles in the proceedings — prosecutors, defense attorneys, witnesses, court reporters, and jurors — and brought to life their knowledge of this time in history.
Science teacher Mike Wallace, also known as Coach Wally, joined with sixth grader Asad to kick off a new series of small concerts in the Walter Lord Library.
Senior museum educator Marcy Engleman from Mutter Museum in Philadelphia virtually visited a group of seventh grade boys on Friday, December 10 to share with them on the topic of medicine during the Civil War.
