One of the best-known plays of the 20th century, Waiting for Godot is often referred to as a "tragi-comedy." It is hysterically funny, poignant, irreverent, angry, sad – all at the same time. Dealing with what it means to exist in today's world, Godot raises questions rather than answer them, and it highlights some of the best and worst behavior that we as human beings are capable of.
