Cotton Lecture Features Political Reporter and Creative Director

The 38th Annual H.K. Douglas Cotton Memorial Lecture will be held on Friday, March 29, at 10:25 a.m. in the Alumni Auditorium.

This year, our featured speakers are Dan Diamond ’98 and Andrew Schapiro ‘01. Dan is a POLITICO reporter whose investigations of the Trump administration led to the resignation of Health Secretary Tom Price and sparked multiple congressional inquiries. Andrew is the founder of Andrew Schapiro Design and also served until recently as the creative director for the popular home-sharing service, Airbnb.

They will discuss career options available to current students, as Mr. Cotton intended when he established the lecture. Each presenter will speak for approximately 10 minutes, followed by a question and answer period.
