Gilman's Red Cross Club is Organizing for Vaccinate a Village

Each day, 330 children, mostly under the age of five, die from measles needlessly. $1 can provide life-saving measles and rubella vaccinations for a child. Gilman’s Red Cross Club is organizing Vaccinate a Village, an American Red Cross initiative to vaccinate children around the world for Measles and Rubella.

From Tuesday, November 12 to Friday, November 15, Gilman’s Red Cross Club will be selling wristbands and pins for $5 in the annex during lunch. The Red Cross Club will also accept donations online during the month of November through their Crowdrise page (click here), with an ultimate goal of $600, which can vaccinate a whole village. $1 = 1 Vaccine = 1 Life.
