Alex Shawe and I were able to share an IPA together a few weeks ago. Alex moved back to Baltimore from Washington, D.C., just a little more than a year ago. Alex, his wife, Sara, and their two children now live on St. John Road, just across from Eddie’s, in the home in which our classmate John Pfaff grew up. I asked Alex to search the basement for any long-lost Gilman ski team paraphernalia. Alex and Andrew Thut were to serve as our reunion chairs.
