Retired for several years, Ellen and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary this past February, on our annual winter time in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We continue to be thankful that as the daughter of a Baltimore City market master and as the son of two German Jewish immigrants, we have had the blessings of the lives and family that we do. Our two wonderful daughters are both products of the Krieger Schechter Jewish Day School in Baltimore, as well as graduates of Emory University in Atlanta. Now residing in Baltimore, they and their husbands have sent their three sons to Krieger Schechter.
