Jack Machen has retired from his role helping Baltimore City with its real estate requirements. The city was lucky to have his considerable expertise for a number of years. Now retired, Jack spends a great deal of time at the new home that he and Louise built in Wyoming. Fortunately, he still gets back to Baltimore and I get to see him often since we are two of the three trustees of the Stulman Foundation.
