Congrats to John Roe. His latest development project, Union Brothers Furniture in Baltimore City, received the 2021 Maryland Preservation Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation and Sustainable Design. It looks beautiful online. I know he’s spent years bringing this dream to fruition.
