Leith Hermann proclaims that he and Susie had a wonderful year in 2022. At summer’s end, they celebrated their 50th anniversary with New England friends at a party along the shore of Highland Lake in Maine. He brought a guitar and serenaded her with John Lennon’s “Grow Old Along with Me.” And tries to make the case that “it's OK to embarrass your wife once in 50 years! :)” He had a bout with COVID too — nothing serious, but it hung on for three weeks. On the more positive side, their son Will married Carly Wendt last July in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the Colorado mountains.
