If you have a chance please google our classmate, Matt Riggs, and read the beautiful story of his kindness and empathy for a neighbor of his in need. Matt took it upon himself to make a simple connection to a neighbor who was isolated and dealing with issues that many faced during the COVID period. Matt strung a holiday light strand from his house to hers so that she knew the neighborhood was thinking about her during the holiday season. Little by little his entire neighborhood did the same, showing a physical sign of connection and love. Thank you, Matt, for your inspirational deed.
