Phil Briscoe continues living in Cockeysville with his wife, Liz, where he pursues various hobbies, plus cycling for exercise. He welcomed his fourth grandchild in January — “a handsome little guy.”

Phil Briscoe continues to be healthy and active in Cockeysville where he has taken up painting, along with his ongoing activities in woodworking and other crafts, plus bicycle touring to keep in shape. He and wife Liz continue to enjoy his passion for cooking.
