Tom Carroll stays active in Havre de Grace where he and Winnie have lived for many years. His recent activities include restoring an old Skipjack, the “Martha Lewis,” which is an oyster dredge built in 1955. It will soon be sailing again to show school children about the essential part of history on the Chesapeake Bay. Good job!
