Your scribe continues to split time between Baltimore and St. Michaels on the Eastern Shore. I must admit golf was sort of a savior this past year, an outdoor activity with at least some exercise involved. My only granddaughter, Maddie, also takes up a good bit of my time. She enjoys fishing and crabbing on the Eastern Shore with my daughter, Lea, and her husband Jason. Lea teaches at the Jemicy School in Baltimore County, where she works with kids with various learning styles and abilities. The school worked hard last summer to develop a plan to make in-person learning work during the fall and winter, and it’s gone very well.
