Below is information on student accounts and purchases at the the School Store and Blue & Gray Café:

• Lower School students must be accompanied by an adult at the Café and in the School Store. They do not have access/cannot charge to a Gilman account.
• Middle and Upper School students may have a Gilman student account they can use to charge purchases at both the Café and the School Store; however, a parent must first authorize students to charge to their account (this applies to returning families as well). Parents can stop account usage at any time. We encourage you to visit the Parent Portal to set up an account (under School Forms, you can view itemized charges for the Café and the School Store in one place and pay your invoices).
• In addition to student accounts, the School Store and the Blue & Gray Café accept Apple Pay, credit card, and gift cards. Since student phone use is restricted during the school day, Apple Pay may only be used before or after school hours; students who wish to shop during the school day should plan to use other forms of payment instead. Please note that only the School Store accepts cash; the Café does not.
