It was an honor to have Toby Bozzuto, Jr. ’92, president and CEO of The Bozzuto Group, speak with the Business Club about his career journey and how he stepped into the leadership of the family-owned real estate company. Mr. Bozzuto walked club members through the ins and outs of his company's different business units, including development, construction, and property management, specifically highlighting how his creativity has contributed to his company’s continued growth, despite shifting economic conditions.

 

After he spoke, students asked thoughtful questions about emerging topics such as artificial intelligence and its impact on his industry. Overall, the Business Club Hounds greatly enjoyed the opportunity to learn from Mr. Bozzuto and will apply his advice in the coming weeks as they participate in their own real estate company simulations.
