Hopkins ’81 Named Managing Partner of Baltimore Office of Duane Morris LLP
Duane Morris, a law practice headquartered in Philadelphia, recently announced the appointment of Robert Hopkins ’81 to the role of managing partner of its growing office in Baltimore.
In addition to occupying the leadership role, Hopkins serves as a partner in the firm’s Trial Practice Group. He also serves as a team lead of the firm's Transportation, Automotive, and Logistics industry group. He is approaching 18 years in his tenure with Duane Morris and previously worked for 20 years as an associate and then a partner with the law firm Ober Kaler (now part of Baker Donelson).
Duane Morris is experiencing rapid growth in its Baltimore office, having recently expanded its operations into new space in Harbor Point. The firm has a 10,000-square-foot office in the Wills Wharf building, and will add nearly 4,000 square feet. The firm currently deploys 19 lawyers in Baltimore and plans to add more attorneys later in 2026.
