Brannan Knott '03 recently joined CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments, as the Executive Vice President of its Boston office. Knott will be part of CBRE's U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team.

Before CBRE, Knott managed acquisitions and asset management for medical office investments at fellow commercial real estate firm JLL. He brings to CBRE over 15 years of expertise across a wide range of healthcare real estate services. His career includes more than $10 billion in healthcare real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on outpatient medical deals. In a statement announcing the move, Chris Bodnar, Vice Chairman and Head of Healthcare Advisory for CBRE, said: "The addition of Brannan demonstrates CBRE's continued commitment to expanding our talent base and healthcare platform nationally … [He] is highly respected among healthcare real estate investors, developers, and providers and is a great fit with our culture."
