Zahir Rahman ’06 is a member of the executive team leading the launch of the Premier Jumping League, or PJL. He will serve as General Counsel for the global showjumping league.

Backed by longtime professional sports leader and investor Frank McCourt and his company, McCourt Global, the PJL, a groundbreaking, high-stakes, elite equestrian competition, will provide a global competition platform with 16 teams and a $300 million guaranteed prize pot. The inaugural season will run from March to October 2027 across fourteen international venues, spanning Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The PJL will partner with Emmy award-winning production company Box to Box Films, and will be supported by a free-to-view broadcasting model.

Before joining the PJL, Rahman served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders.
