The best way to stay up to date on Gilman events is to subscribe to the appropriate Gilman calendars. Follow the steps below.

1. Visit the Gilman Calendars page.

2. Click the RSS icon (shown below). 

3. A Subscribe to calendar box will pop up (see screenshot below).

4. Choose the appropriate calendar and select either Add to calendar OR Copy link (if you are using your phone's calendar app, select Add to calendar). The process on desktop varies based on what calendar program you use (Google, Outlook, etc.)

5. Repeat the process for each calendar to which you wish to subscribe.

• It is advised that all parents subscribe, at a minimum, to the All-School calendar as well as any division calendar where your child is enrolled.
• The Community, Inclusion, and Equity calendar lists events hosted by this office.
• The College Counseling calendar is useful for parents with students in grades 10–12.
• The Parents Association calendar lists events hosted by the PA, including pop-up dates for the Gilman Exchange.
• The Greyhound TV calendar lists athletic events where Greyhound TV will broadcast.
• The Alumni calendar lists events just for alumni, including networking opportunities and reunions.

6. Repeat this process on each of your devices (iPad, phone, laptop, etc.).
