Students, faculty, and staff celebrated Black History Month with presentations, reading groups, and art projects.
- In the Lower School, members of the Student Council traveled to different classes during homeroom to read books about important African Americans in history. During their buddy class, first- and fifth-graders created a Black History Month quilt to commemorate African American figures that have made an impact.
- During Middle School assemblies, faculty members shared presentations on African-Americans and their accomplishments.
- During Upper School assemblies, members of the Black Student Union presented peers with facts about African-Americans and their accomplishments.
