10th Reunion (Class of 2012)

Celebrating 10 Years

The Class of 2012 Remembers

In 2012, a pastel version of "The Scream" by Norwegian painter Edvard Munch sold for $120 million in a New York City auction, setting a new world record; Adam Lambert became the first openly gay artist to debut at 1 on the Billboard 200 with his album "Trespassing;" Nik Wallenda became the first person to successfully tightrope walk over Niagara Falls; CERN announced the discovery of particles consistent with the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Collider; Michael Phelps broke the record for most medals won at the London Summer Olympics; Nintendo released the Wii U; the Walt Disney Company completed its acquisition of Lucasfilm and the Star Wars franchise; and on Roland Avenue, the great Gilman Class of 2012 walked across the graduation stage!

Looking forward to making new memories with members of your class and other fellow alumni? Join us for Alumni Weekend 2022, Friday, April 22-Sunday, April 24. REGISTER HERE.

Your Support Makes a Difference

We remain grateful to the many alumni who continue to support Gilman during this unpredictable time. Gifts in honor of your reunion help uphold Gilman's legacy of leadership, providing the boys following in your footsteps with the foundation needed to lead in the classroom, on the field, and in their communities. Your impact is immediate, giving students access to a dedicated faculty who lead by example every day; tuition assistance for exceptional scholars with demonstrated financial need; and innovative programs that allow the School to educate the whole boy in mind, body, and spirit.

On behalf of the students who are and will continue to be the beneficiaries of your generosity, thank you for investing in tomorrow's leaders with your gift. Give now at gilman.edu/giving or by Venmo: @GilmanSchool.
