Celebrating 45 Years
The Class of 1976 Remembers
In 1976, the first commercial Concorde flights took off, cutting transatlantic flying time to 3.5 hours; the National Basketball Association and the American Basketball Association agreed to a merger; Apple Inc. was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne (one year after Microsoft was formed!); Democrat Jimmy Carter defeated Republican incumbent Gerald Ford to win the U.S. presidential election; the U.S. Naval Academy inducted its first class with women; and even more momentously, the Gilman Class of 1976 graduated that spring.

Your Support Makes a Difference
We are grateful for the many alumni who continue to support Gilman, especially as needs mount during the lingering pandemic and shifting economic landscape. Gifts in honor of your reunion are making a meaningful difference, better positioning the School to ensure that each boy continues to have access to the same Gilman education that allowed you to grow in mind, body, and spirit. It's not too late to make a difference. Click here to give back, allowing a young man to follow in your footsteps or Venmo: @GilmanSchool

2021 Class Notes
During these uncertain times, Gilman continues to strive to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit of its students...and of its alumni. Now more than ever, we are excited to celebrate what inspires and connects us. We hope that you enjoyed this trip down memory lane and, despite the pandemic-driven social distancing and travel restrictions, are still able to share with us a story of an encounter with a classmate.
