Karl Connolly is a Baker Artist Award Finalist

Upper School art teacher Karl Connolly has been named a finalist in visual arts for the 2019 Baker Artist Awards. He is one of 38 artists who were selected from more than 900 visual, video/film, literary, music, and performance artists because they "exemplify excellence in three areas: mastery of craft, artistic excellence, and a unique vision." See Karl Connolly's work

Six 2019 awardees will be announced on a special episode of Maryland Public Television's Artworks program, which will air on May 17 at 7:30 p.m.
