Join in for a dance fitness class that is fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing. All levels welcomed. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Classes will take place in the tent by the Lower School while the weather is warm.
