COVID-19 Vaccination Availability for Baltimore City Residents

The Baltimore City Health Department has COVID-19 vaccination appointments available for eligible Baltimore City residents.

  • All Baltimore City residents 16 – 59 years old can sign up here to record their interest in receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.   
  • Baltimore City older adults (60 years and up) can sign up here or call the Maryland Access Point (MAP) hotline 410-396-CARE (2273) to record their interest in receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. 
  • People with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) are eligible and can sign up here I/DD Vaccine Interest Form or call the Maryland Access Point (MAP) hotline 410-396-CARE (2273) to record their interest in receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. 

Baltimore City residents who sign up will be contacted for an appointment when they are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
