Day 3

Bonjour, parents!

Here’s a peek into today’s exciting itinerary for your child’s Paris adventure! They’re having an amazing time and today was filled with both fun and culture. The day started bright and early with breakfast in the hotel lobby at 6:30 a.m., giving the students plenty of energy for the day ahead. At 8:50 a.m., the group met in the lobby to walk to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. They had a blast learning Pétanque (a French version of bocce ball) from the local instructor, Alain! Around noon, they enjoyed a quick lunch at the Louvre’s food court to recharge before their afternoon adventure. At 1:30 p.m., a specialist guide led the students through the world-famous Louvre Museum. They got to experience art and history like never before! Next, they hopped on the Metro to head to the vibrant Montmartre district, where they explored the bohemian heart of Paris. The day’s final stop was the magnificent Sacré-Cœur Basilica, offering breathtaking views of the city. After a busy day of exploring, the group enjoyed a delicious crêpe-based dinner near the hotel. Everyone headed back to the hotel after dinner, ready to rest and recharge for another exciting day tomorrow.

Day 4

Bonjour les parents,

Today the boys had an exciting day exploring more of Paris! They started the morning with a hearty breakfast before heading out to visit a French public high school, just outside of Paris, Paul La Pie, where they attended classes, talked with French students and experienced some actual classes in French and a bit of English. It was fun! After eating the delicious school lunch in the Cantine at the school, we returned to Paris and explored the iconic Galerie Lafayette and the Fragonard perfume museum, where they learned about the art of perfume making. We then had dinner at a local food court. It was a day filled with cultural immersion, learning, and adventure!

Day 5

Bonjour les parents,

Today, the 8th graders had an exciting day exploring Versailles. They started with a full breakfast at the hotel before heading to the train and traveling to Versailles. After visiting the stunning Chateau, the students had lunch in the Versailles Cafe. Then they viewed the gardens and went to Marie Antoinette’s Farm, outside of Le Petit Trianon. The weather was gorgeous, and the students had a lot of fun playing hide and seek in Marie Antoinette’s outdoor farm. We then trained it back to Paris for dinner at a local restaurant enjoying a delicious French meal. It was an amazing day filled with history, exploration, and lots of French culture.
